Annual Inter-departmental Competitions
GVNC Talentfest 2024, the annual inter-departmental competition, was successfully conducted on December 19th and 20th, 2024. Jointly organized by the Linguaholic Forum and the Fine Arts Club, the event celebrated creativity, talent, and collaboration among students. The theme of this year’s fest was Emotional Intelligence in Education, which resonated throughout the various activities and competitions.
The Department of Library - A two-day Book Fair on 17th & 18th.12.2024.
The Department of Library (SFC) at G. Venkataswamy Naidu College (Autonomous) organized a two-day book fair on 17th December 2024 and 18th December 2024.
The event was inaugurated by the Director (SFC) Dr. Venkatachalapathi, under the guidance of Dr. P. Mahendran, College Secretary, and in the presence of Dr. M. Subbulakshmi, Principal.
The exhibition featured more than 600 new books added to the library during this academic year, along with books from various departments and research-related resources. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 1,100 students and professors across all departments.
Special acknowledgment goes to Dr. S. Gandhimati, Librarian, and the library team for their dedicated efforts in organizing this successful event.
