Voters Awareness Rally
As part of the Diamond Jubilee Celebrations, G. Venkataswamy Naidu College (Autonomous), Kovilpatti, in association with the Lions Club of Kovilpatti Dynamic, and under the banner of the College Social Responsibility Scheme organized a Voters Awareness Rally on 23 February 2026.
The rally started from the Kovilpatti Court Campus and concluded at the Travellers Bungalow, aiming to create awareness among the public about the importance of voting and responsible participation in democracy.
The programme was presided over by Lion. Kadambur Raju, MLA (Avl.), Director, LC of Kovilpatti Dynamic. Mr. Jeganathan, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kovilpatti, inaugurated the rally by flagging off the event.
Faculty members and students from various departments of the college actively participated in the rally, spreading awareness about the significance of voting in strengthening the democratic process.
