Blood Donation Camp – A Tribute to the Vision of Our Founder
As part of the Founder’s Day – 2026 celebrations, the NSS Unit (51, 52 and 180) of G. Venkataswamy Naidu College (Autonomous), Kovilpatti, organised a Blood Donation Camp as a meaningful gesture of social responsibility and service to the community on 07.08.2026
Doctors and medical staff from the Government Hospital, Kovilpatti, visited the college and conducted the blood donation camp. The programme witnessed an encouraging response from the college community, with more than 60 students and staff members voluntarily donating blood.
The initiative reflected the values of service, compassion, social responsibility, and concern for the well-being of others—values that continue to inspire the institution and remain closely connected with the vision of its esteemed founder, Shri G. Kuppuswamy Naidu.
The active participation of students and staff made the blood donation camp a meaningful and socially responsible feature of the Founder’s Day – 2026 celebrations.
